We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the terms that will apply to your order will be those on rotormotor.si at the time you place your order. Shipping

Local taxes:

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Delivery time:

Since most of our products are handcrafted, we’ll prepare your order within 7 days after your purchase. Once in the hands of our transporter, the order will take from 48h to a week to get to you, depending on your location.

Return policy:

We accept returns if you ship the unsatisfactory products in their original condition, folded and under plastic bags, with all tags & within 10 days after you received them. Shipping fee back to us will be at your charge. Make sure to use tracking with your parcels to avoid losing them on the way back to our stock.

Contact Tales Luka Bizjak s.p. before returning any items. Contact info@ekartkatarina.com with your reason for return, before shipping your item. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Tales Luka Bizjak s.p. is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: any shipping fees associated with purchases and returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please ship us the return with tracking information for your own protection. Tales Luka Bizjak s.p. is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost returns.
